Refund Policy

If our product doesn't work for you within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you. No interrogation, no hoops. Just email us.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Everyday AI Solutions LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@everydayaisolutions.online with:

The email address used for the purchase;
The approximate purchase date;
(Optional) A brief note about what didn't work. We use this to improve our products, but you don't have to explain yourself to get your money back.

3. How Long Refunds Take

We process refund requests within 3 business days of receiving them. Once processed, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. What Is and Isn't Covered

Covered: All digital products purchased directly through everydayaisolutions.online within the 30-day window.

Not covered:

Third-party subscriptions or services (such as Anthropic's Claude or any AI service referenced in our products). You must contact those providers separately for their refund policies.
Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
Purchases made through resellers or affiliates, unless otherwise stated.

5. Chargebacks

Because we offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund process, we ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We'll always do our best to make it right.

6. Abuse of the Policy

We trust our customers and assume good faith. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product, or requesting refunds for products that have been shared publicly in violation of our Terms of Service.
